Who we are

Sarah Chebly, LCSW

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. I have a deep passion for advocating and empowering others on their healing journeys. With extensive training in trauma-informed care and broad experience working in a variety of clinical settings, I approach each client with empathy, understanding, and respect for their unique experience.

My therapeutic approach is centered around creating a safe, supportive space where you can process, heal, and grow at your own pace. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and I also draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation, mindfulness, and distress tolerance.

I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, and my long-term goal is to help break down the barriers that prevent people from getting the support they need.

Whether you're navigating trauma, life transitions, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.
